Scar tissue from surgery, including C-section scars, can continue to affect your body long after healing, restricting movement, creating tension, and causing discomfort in ways you might not expect.

Even months or years later, adhesions from scar tissue can influence your posture, core strength, and the way your body moves and feels every day.

Our scar release therapy uses a gentle, hands on approach to soften and release restrictions in the scar and surrounding fascia. This treatment helps restore mobility, relieve pain, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing, so you can move with more comfort, strength, and confidence.

This therapy is effective for both new and older scars. For your safety and best results, treatment can begin once you are at least eight weeks post op and cleared by your healthcare provider.

Meet our chiropractor, Dr. Lexi Brunet.

Dr. Lexi is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand while recovering from a stubborn neck injury and years of sports-related aches, she was inspired to pursue a career helping others find the same relief.

Originally trained as a teacher, Dr. Lexi values patient education just as much as treatment. She takes time to explain what’s happening in the body and how movement, treatment, and rehab work together to support recovery. This approach inspired her to open Collective Wellness Chiropractic. She provides manual chiropractic care, incorporating drop table and activator techniques to support each patient’s individual needs. Dr. Lexi also offers acupuncture, dry needling, IMS, cupping, and Dolphin Neurostim Scar Release Therapy, and is certified in Integrated Patterning and Assessment to help patients improve movement and reduce the risk of future injury.

Dr. Lexi works with athletes, gym-goers, new moms, and children, helping them return to the activities they love and move through life with less pain and better function. Known for her warm and down-to-earth approach, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable and confident in their care.
